For a problem, a suggestion or a bug report, write to the address below. We usually reply within a few days. Telling us which device you use, and your friend code if you have one, speeds things up.

My progress is gone

Progress is stored on your device. If you deleted the app or changed device and you had joined the leaderboard, your account is still on the server: enter the recovery code from Settings > My account on the new device. If you do not have the recovery code, write to us with your friend code.

I bought something but do not see it

Open Settings > Purchases and tap restore. If the problem continues, send us the purchase date and the store receipt.

Delete my data

Deleting the app removes everything on the device. If you also want your server record deleted, write to us with your friend code and we will remove it.

Ads

Because the game is also aimed at children, every ad request is tagged as child-directed: there is no personalised advertising. You can buy the ad-free version from the Shop screen.

Friend code

The six-character code at the bottom of the leaderboard screen is your friend code. Give it to a friend and take theirs; only people you add appear in your list.
